Very professional. Good customer service, and price competitive. We'd interviewed 2 other companies whom we also knew to be reputable and local to the river region. One seemed to offer an inferior service with older products, and the other seemed to busy and a bit overpriced. Splash pools was the perfect fit. We trusted them, and they did exactly what they said they would do in the time frame they said they would do it, and exceeded our expectations. I would strongly recommend.

Highly recommend. I would leave 10 stars if I could! These guys are awesome, they built out 16x32 from start to finish in 8 days. They are now doing pools for two other people in our neighborhood. Seamless process from start to finish. We gave them a small deposit to get started and get on their waiting list. The closer we got to dig day, we started to receive notifications on where we were in the queue. Upon arrival, the guys were prompt and neat. Best of all, we were swimming 8 days from dig day!

Go with Splash Pools! I found these guys by way of their TV commercial, and thought why not see if they service my area. We're in Bessemer, and had not heard of them working in this area, but they caught my eye, and I decided to call. So glad I did, they not only beat the local guys price, but surpassed my expectations in the design and consultation phase. We've built 3 pools in the last 10 years, and let me say this. All pool companies are NOT equal. All construction jobs are going to have issues (if you think it's going to be perfect and nothing is going to go wrong, then you have the wrong expectations for any pool build), so go with a company that cares about making it right and treats you like a human. Splash Pools did just that from beginning to end. It started with Chase coming out to the house and really understanding what we were wanting, and what would work. Carlos, Levi, and the guys went above and beyond to ensure we were getting exactly what we asked for and were actually fun to work with. This project never felt rushed or impersonal. Overly pleased with the result, and will add pictures once landscaping is completed.

Splash Pools is the best!! Brayden worked with us initially to get our project jump started. We were told by 2 other builders that the pool we wanted wouldn’t work in our yard. Brayden took that as a challenge, and knocked it out of the park. He and Carlos kept us informed all along the way and they were always responsive answering any questions. We love our pool, fire pit and outdoor kitchen! It was a great experience working with splash pools and smartscapes. Corey did a fantastic job on our pool design! He is very thorough and listened to all our needs and wants. Levi, our site supervisor, was awesome! He is very knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. We really appreciated his honesty when it came to delays with the construction. Most of which were because of supply and demand and the abundant number of pools under construction at the time. Even though our final completion date was pushed out about 2 months, we are extremely satisfied on all accounts and highly recommend splash pools.

Splash Pools recently completed construction of our pool and spa. It was a great experience working with these guys, and we love the finished product. Thanks to Chase who did a fantastic job on our pool design. He made imaginative use of the existing structure and landscape. It was because of Chase that we ultimately chose Splash Pools for our pool project. Carlos was the construction supervisor. He maintained regular communications, was responsive, and kept the project running smoothly. We looked at local companies, and these guys beat their price even coming all the way from Auburn. We have just finished our second pool with Splash Pools! I think that pretty much sums up how we feel about the company. The first was a 18x36 liner pool at our home in Pike Road, and now a free form Gunite at our home in Auburn. Chase was our consultant for both pools, and when we asked for a free form pool design this second go, and he did not disappoint. Antony was our pool foreman on this last pool, he was so knowledgeable and precise on detail it was amazing! These two guys make a great team! It is the first pool up and running in our new neighborhood and we have a lot of people coming by to admire it.

Splash Pools came highly recommended by a friend who had a new pool built. Jake and Levi were amazing. I felt like they treated our pool like it was their own. Their guys were always on time, on task, made sure they were neat and very careful with our landscaping. Despite the messy process of excavation, they left the yard immaculate. Very pleased with the process, and the timeliness of these guys. 18X36 Oasis complete in roughly 2 weeks start to finish.

I was cautious about building a pool because of all the horror stories about pool builders taking forever or abandoning their customers. The reason I went with Splash Pools is they were referred to me by two different friends, who had been extremely pleased with their work.

My designer Corey Lowe and the construction supervisor Chase did an incredible job. Corey with taking our ideas and turning them into an affordable reality. Chase going every extra mile he needed to keep our project on track and work out any problems that cropped up. There are always little problems and hiccups with any construction project. The key to me is how the contractor handles them. I felt as though Corey and Chase were looking out for me at every turn. I cannot imagine how the process could have been smoother. We got a top-notch pool with modern conveniences for maintenance that my family is enjoying already and I imagine will continue for years to come.

The pictures included with my review don't show any completed landscaping but you can still see what a beautiful pool.

Splash Pools took all the potential stress and anxiety out of our pool design and construction experience. From the very beginning they were professional, responsive and friendly. Braden did a fantastic job of creating a great design that met ALL our needs! Even when we wanted to make some changes early on, he made the changes with no issue! He made great recommendations based on his experience as well. Of all the pool construction companies that we received bids from, Braden was truly by far the most knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with.

Carlos, our construction manager, kept things moving and began our pool ahead of schedule. He was on top of the crew to get things done, and never had to disrupt our day while we were working from home.

Even after construction we have been able to call the Splash Pools support team and they are extremely knowledgeable and service oriented. Many of the service issues they were able to resolve remotely. I’ve been extremely impressed with customer service experience, and it has been reassuring to us that we made the right decision.

Deciding to embark on a pool construction project is not an easy decision. We vetted over 5 pool builders ourselves. In the end, Splash Pools has continued to exceed all expectations.

Our experience with Splash Pools was fantastic. From the very beginning, Corey Lowe took extra time and paid attention to each detail of our pool design. He is smart, efficient and has a great personality. Once our pool build started, Chase was our superintendent and we did not ever worry that the job was not getting done well and timely. In fact, from initial dig to finish was only 31 days!! Chase was professional, available and thoughtful. Can’t say enough positives about our Splash team!

This has been a long time coming and we wanted to show off the incredible talent and commitment to professionalism of the guys at Splash Pools. Chase and Braden were an amazing duo and despite the challenges we faced with the pandemic (namely equipment and trade shortages) they were able to pull off a design and construction project that was as smooth as possible.

We challenged Chase to come up with a design that fully integrated into our existing patio and landscape and he brought us a vision that was original, highly functional and simple to maintain, and above all beautiful. He educated us in the pros/cons of our decisions and helped to make sure we would love our pool once it was all said and done.

Braden continued to support us long after the pool was full and running. He is diligent, thorough, and works as hard as anyone we’ve seen in the construction industry.

We recently completed construction of our pool and spa. Mike was great and professional throughout the design phase. Very patient with our selections and made excellent recommendations for us pool newbies. Chase was the construction phase manager and kept updating us regularly. Chase was very responsive to our questions, maintained regular communication, and stayed on top of scheduled work. His knowledge and experience taught us a lot. Overall, we had an excellent, stress-free experience with the build and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations.
